Talk to us
Email contact@eclesia.chat with a brief description of the issue. If helpful, include your app version, iOS version, and the screen where it happened. A screenshot is welcome after you remove private details.
Never send passwords, sign-in tokens, or sensitive journal entries. We will not ask you for your Apple password. If your issue concerns an AI reply, describe the concern without sharing more personal information than necessary.
Listening and offline reading
Narration is recorded ahead of time. The first listen downloads a recording; subsequent listens can use the saved file. Check your connection if audio is preparing for a long time. Study narration advances through the lesson sections automatically.
Narration supports silent-mode and locked-screen playback, but your device media volume and selected audio output still matter. If you cannot hear it, check media volume, headphones, and the current audio route.
Not every personal or translated reflection has a prepared recording. When audio is unavailable, you can still read the content; the app will not create audio on demand.
Online companions
Online companions need a connection, a valid account session, and your permission. They focus on faith, prayer, Scripture, and gentle personal guidance rather than unrelated tasks. You can pause online companions in your profile.
If a reply stops midway, check your connection and try again when ready. Stop and close controls are available while a reply is being prepared. Do not treat an interrupted reply as complete.
Account and privacy help
Your journal, prayers, and study progress are stored on the device and separated by account. Signing out does not itself delete your account. If you want to leave Eclesia, follow the account-deletion instructions.
If you cannot access the app or need help with a privacy request, contact us. We may need to verify the account before taking action.
